SNK PLAYMORE USA to release its third pack of nostalgic downloadable NEOGEO titles for PS3 and PSP

SNK PLAYMORE USA CORPORATION is proud to announce the release of PS3 Ver. & PSP Ver. "SHOCK TROOPERS" and "WORLD HEROES", as the third set of downloadable game titles for "NEOGEO Station", via the "New Releases" category and the "SNK NEOGEO" Featured Publishers page available on SONY's PlayStation®Store, from Tuesday, August 30th, 2011.

NEOGEO Station is a commemorative project that allows players to enjoy the many nostalgic fighting, action, shooting, sports and many other NEOGEO titles released after 1990, exclusively on PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) systems. The first and second set included classic titles such as "BASEBALL STARS 2", "KOF '94", "KOF '95", "METAL SLUG", "SAMURAI SHODOWN", which are all currently available on the PlayStation®Store as well.

The Interrogation Room: Sound ShapesThe Next Generation Portable from Sony is the PlayStation Vita. The Japanese tech giant officially named, priced, and detailed its upcoming handheld at E3 2011 today, positioning its PSP successor to go head-to-head with Nintendo's 3DS. Let's get right down to it: the PS Vita will run you $250 for a standard Wi-Fi version or $300 for a model with 3G connectivity provided by AT&T (no specific 3G service plans were announced). The portable is set for launch in holiday 2011, and Sony boasted that more than 80 games are now in development for the system.
